Important Notes

• Race Registration Request does not guarantee the ability to purchase a Runner Package. Packages are limited and will sell out.

• Race registrations are non-refundable, non-transferable and may not be deferred.

• Each package requires a minimum 2-night stay.  Race registrations are not sold separately. You may extend your stay subject to availability.

• Packages include a 3-Day theme park ticket for each guest in the room. You may add additional days and options to your tickets. 

• Disney Dining Plans may be added.

• The initial deposit required to confirm your Runner Package is non-refundable. 

• Final balance on all packages is due on or before August 15, 2018.

• Family Reunion Area with live entertainment and characters 

• Admission to the Exclusive after hours Post Race Party at the Epcot® International Food & Wine Festival for Half Marathon and Two Course Challenge participants. Family and friends may purchase tickets to join you for an evening of celebration.

Dates, times, prices and inclusions subject to change. All races are subject to capacity limits and may close at any time before the percentage can be updated. Registration fees  and initial room deposits are non-refundable.

 

All runners must attend the Expo during regularly scheduled Expo hours for race bib packet and shirt pick up. Finisher medals/ medallions will be distributed to finishers after the race. None of these items will be mailed to registrants that did not participate. 

Disney reserves the right to refuse the entry into, and/or revoke any registration for, any race for any reason in its sole discretion with refund of any applicable registration fees being the sole remedy of any such refusal and/or revocation.
